Vintage 1960s Blue Empire Waist Couture Dress. Amazing vintage dress from the 1960s in an unusual pale blue by Claire Layton/Van Wagenberg Couture. Scoop neck with embroidered bodice and matching detail on the bottom. Fully lined. Zip closure at the back. Please note that the zip has had a repair and does not open fully. However it opens more than enough to put the dress on. It has a few small pulls, but nothing very noticeable.
