Vintage 1970s Black Embroidered Folk Maxi Skirt. Stunning vintage maxi skirt from the 1970s by Elkont. Black crepe style fabric with beautiful scalloped pockets and floral embroidery detail. High waisted style with zip closure at the back. Lined. Please note that there are unfortunately 2 small holes on the front. These are really not noticeable when it is on. This skirt has a good weight to it and flows beautifully.
