Vintage 1970s Black Richard Shops Velvet Blazer. Gorgeous soft vintage blazer from the 1970s by Richard Shops. Large lapels, double button closure and pocket on each side. Fully lined. Made in Hong Kong of cotton with nylon lining. In great condition.
