Vintage 1970s Black Tiered Strappy Dress. Gorgeous vintage dress from the 1970s by Virginie Paris. Black with beautiful white and red print (which makes us think of a Celia Birtwell print). Tiered style with elasticated waist and small belt loops so that a tie or skinny belt could be attached. Please note that there is a bit of fading on the straps and under the arms.
