Vintage 1970s Does 1930s Black Maxi Dress. This dress is pure elegance! Black maxi dress from the 1970s in a 1930s style. Deep v-neckline, flutter sleeves and flattering diamond shaped panel below the bust. Tie belt pulls in the waist and ties at the back. Zip closure on the back. Please note that this has a few small pulls and there are unfortunately 2 holes in this. One on the right flutter sleeve at the back and one on the right side at the back of the skirt. These are not noticeable when this is on due to the amount of folded fabric. However this is reflected in the price.
