Vintage 1970s Embroidered Folk Skirt. Beautiful vintage skirt from the 1970s by Mark Hober. Black with red, white and turquoise embroidered design. Button up closure on the front with pockets! Lined. Please note that this has a few pulls to the embroidery but these are not overly noticeable due to the pattern. There is some marking to the lining.
