Vintage 1970s Navy Spot Frill Prairie Dress. Beautiful vintage dress from the 1970s by Creation Monique. Navy blue with white spot and trim. Flutter sleeves, collar and hem. Zip closure at the back. Lined. Please note that there is a dark brown stain on the white trim at the bottom of the back. This is not very noticeable due to the length and amount of material. This is reflected in the price. It also has belt loops but no belt included.
