Vintage 1970s Navy Velvet & Gold Afghan Dress. Amazing vintage afghan dress from the 1970s. Soft flowing fabric with intricately embroidered bib in red and gold with mirrored detail. Surrounding this and on the back is navy velvet. Tie belt pulls in the waist. Slip on style. As is usual with afghan dresses of this age, it does show signs of wear with a couple of holes on the bottom of the skirt at the back. The tie belt is a little loose on one side and there is a little loose stitching here and there. Hard to find in this larger size.
