Vintage 1980s Black Ruffle Neck C&A Maxi Dress. Pretty vintage dress from the 1980s by C&A. Black striped with low ruffle neckline and tie closure. Made of Polyester. Short sleeves with elasticated cuffs, elasticated waist and pleated skirt. Please note that there are a few pulls to this, but nothing very noticeable. There are belt loops but the belt is missing.
