Vintage 1980s Red Floral Sailor Collar Dress. Sweet vintage dress from the 1980s. Soft and silky fabric in red with ditsy floral print. White sailor style collar. Tie belt attached. Please note that there are a few light marks on this, but nothing overly noticeable. This slips over the head with no zip or button closure.
