All orders are sent from the UK. We aim to ship all orders within 1-3 business days. You will receive your tracking number once your order has been sent

Orders shipped outside of the UK may be subject to import duties, tariffs, taxes, and customs clearance fees set by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost at checkout (unless a Delivered Duty Paid option is clearly offered)
For legal and insurance reasons, we must declare the full value of all goods. We cannot under-declare values or mark items as "gifts" on customs forms
If a buyer refuses to pay customs charges and the parcel is returned, the order will be considered refused by the customer. In this case, no refund will be issued, as the order has already been shipped and costs have been incurred
If your item is lost in the post, we will not be able to issue any exchanges or refunds until we receive courier confirmation that the parcel status is lost. This process can take up to 28 working days
